I don't know about all that, but I think what you are wanting to do is pretty stupid. Your 17 years old, and more than old enough to take care of yourself. You want that money for stupid selfish reasons and you know what? It's just not right.
Ok, so he wasn't there for you and he didn't help your mom pay for you and rasie you. Fine. Trying to get revenge is not EVER going to replace the love of a father, so get over it and stop being a whiny little bitch.
