if you downloaded it from the playstation network, after it is done downloading go the game column in the XMB and scroll down until you see whatever game you downloaded, select it and select install to ps3.
Only a certain type of Ps3 can do that, unfortunately it is sold out now :-(
I don't know when I got mine it was pretty fast but now it slow! How memory did u get?
No, the PS4 will only run the games made for the system. But there is a application on PS4 called PlayStation Now which will allow you to play PS3/PS2 games for a price.
The only games I know of right now are FarCry 2 Infamous 2 and FarCry 3 (not out yet).
No you can not. PlayStation consoles stopped being able to play PS2 games for the PS3 model before the PS3 slim. The is no software, downloads, updates, or anything you can purchase that will allow any PS3 model with less than 4 USB ports to play PS2 games. They will all play PS1 games because the software emulation for the PS1 is less complex than what would be required for the PS2.Some sites with related information has been added under the related links below the answer information. One of the reasons that PS3 models used to play PS2 games is that in the beginning there were only about a dozen PS3 games and now they have over 1,000. The market is now flooded with used PS3 games and new games are available starting at $20. The hottest new releases do still run over $50 new and $40 used.
Some downloaded games from the internet require internet be activated on a PS3 and will not work without it.
Games that were once for Playstation and now are for the PSP and PS3 can be downloaded from the Playstation Store. Some of the Games developers offer free downloads for the Playstation games I have heard, but have no interest is seeing if the old games are available or wanting to play them on a PS3
actually, games have been ps3 games for quite some time now. games are starting to be ps4 games.
Only a certain type of Ps3 can do that, unfortunately it is sold out now :-(
There are now over 165 different PS3 move games that you can play with the PS3 move although they are not all move exclusive
It depends. Some of just technical failure: Bad environment, always on, wrong cables.. But the most common thing is: The Blue Ray driver/laser. People want to jailbreak the PS3 because they want to play games for free , they don't want to pay for the games. there are so many PS3 break in the market now, here is a example: http://www.digitopz.com/ps3-break-v12-original-from-ps3-breakcomfree-shipping-p-127.html

No, there are no PS3 -> PC emulators right now, however you can connect a PS3 controller to your PC.
You can not play the PS2 games on it. It's not something that you can just load a disc into the PS3 and now you can play PS2 games.
Xbox games are cheaper, but the PS3 and Xbox 360 games are close to the same price. When the PS3 was released, the disks was around £50 because of the blu-ray format. However, after the PS3 was not selling well, they decreased the price on the console and games. Now the PS3 games and around the same price as the Xbox 360 games.
It's a personnel decision based mainly on both your current financial situation and how much you want a certain game. Some games will be worth waiting for and you will later find that you do not want them and now want different games.
No, you can only play PS2 and PS1 games on the PS2.
