Typically, an A+ is valued higher than an A, so ensure to check the specific grading system used by the board. Then, calculate the total marks obtained and divide by the total possible marks, multiplying by 100 to get the percentage. For example, if grades are on a 10-point scale, the calculation would be (9 A grades × 9 + 1 A+ grade × 10) / total possible marks × 100.
