2001 ultra classic and you can't get the intercom to work with voice but you have no problem with the radio coming through the headset what am i doing wrong?

press the button at your right thumb . I think its the one that changes your radio channels. It allows you to listen to the radio and when a stronger signal comes, it allows it through.
