Yes, unfortunately, the ticket is still valid. In Idaho, neither the officer nor you are required to sign an infraction citation by law. Some individual jurisdictions may require the officer to sign the citation, while others may not. However, this is purely up to whomever is in charge of that particular officer on that particular day.
For a speeding ticket issued by a Police Officer, Yes! For an alleged speed camera violation, No!
The officer issuing it should have to sign the ticket they issue, else how would anyone know who issued it. Whether it needs to be counter-signed by the person receiving it is something that varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

No, when the ticket has been ISSUED it would not be taken back
Normally any officer can be contacted through their administrative office or dispatch center.
It depends on the policies of the local police department. It isn't illegal to do so, and most police departments will hire officers if they have a ticket, as long as the ticket is for something minor, such as speeding.
Well were you issued a ticket from the Federal police or a regular county police officer? It you got the ticket from say an LA County cop, then yes of course you can attend traffic school. I suggest one of these, but if you got a ticke from say a military officer or federal officer thatn you have to follow whatever guidelines they have set in place. But I have a feeling the ticket was issued by a regular cop.

You could always argue that the ticket was not properly issued in accordance with law. However, you must prove that the law requires police to have a motorist sign a ticket.
As long as the officer that issued the ticket can be identified, say by the ticket number, the signature is not going to get it thrown out.
No Fault means just that. No Fault. However, you could both be cited for the accident, it will have to be determined in Traffic Court by a judge. If they are at fault, the police officer will issue a ticket. No fault insurance doesn't refer to the legality of the accident, only the compensation.
Yes you may if you fight it in court and the judge believes your story and rules your way.
