Margaret Thatcher was a British politician and the first female Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. She did not make any groundbreaking scientific discoveries, but she is known for her conservative policies and leadership style during her time in office from 1979 to 1990. Thatcher's economic policies, known as Thatcherism, aimed to reduce the role of the state in the economy and promote free-market principles.
At present, no... but recent pictures of him and his wife indicate she is expecting a baby.
She did not lead any country. She was the Prime Minister of England (or, more precisely, the United Kingdom) from 1979 to 1990. She was the head of government, not the head of the country. Queen Elizabeth II was the head of state during all of that time.
Margaret Thatcher still lives in London, where she still serves the Government as a member of the House of Lords. Unfortunately she is officially reported to be in poor health and suffering from age related dementia (she is 84 years old) so she now very rarely makes any public appearances. She also has property in Lincolnshire where she holds title as the Baroness of Kesteven.

Margaret thatcher is very healthy and still living, although she has dementia. Dementia is like Alzheimer's disease but worse. When she reads, she forgets the sentence that she just read and she can barley remember any news she just watched on TV. Thankfully, her most vital memory is the 11 years she spent as PM of Britain. Love you Margaret, always has and will always.
Margaret Thatcher, first, last and only female Prime Minister of the UK - but I wouldn't liken her to Good Queen Bess in any other sense. Margaret Thatcher may not be the last female PM of the UK, we shall have to see what the future brings. But, more queenly - Catherine the Great of Russia. There have been no female 'rulers' of the USA.

No. Britain wasn't making any posture against Argentina at the time, and the ensuing war came at a bit of a cost.
