They're not talking to each other or hanging out with each other so no one's sure if they're best friends anymore, with the "Ask Selena!" thing going on with Demi and all the rumors.. I doubt they are best friends anymore.. But, we could be wrong. For all we know, they could be texting and talking on iChat reguraly.
