Worth is subjective, so it depends on who's selling and who's buying. Can CD's hold more data? Again depends. They're a digital technology, as opposed to analog.

CDs are certainly more versatile than records, because you can do many more things with them, than with records.

CDs need just plain less material to produce, than records, but that's a format thing.

To me, CDs are more usable in today's day and age, and are "worth" more to me.

But perhaps you mean in terms of music as well? Depends on what sounds good to you as well.
