Mapex is a well known manufacturer of musical instruments, specifically drums. They are owned by the KHS Musical Instruments company based in Taiwan and have been manufacturing drums for over 18 years.
Mapex Saturn is a brand of complete drum sets that can be bought from many instrument stores. They can be bought from the Mapex Saturn website or American Musical Supply.
If one is looking to buy a new set of Mapex Brank Pro M drums from online, one should check sites such as: Drummerworld, eBay and Drumcentral. Used ones can be found from eBay or ones local Kijiji site.
Yes, they are a good beginner set.

Yes theyre great!
I would recommend pearl drums for the quality but if you are looking for a cheaper price i would recommend buying a pdp or mapex drumset.
Probably the ones that own a set i suppose is the logical answer, having said that I suppose any drummer who hits one be it his or someone else's.
