Well as per usual,
you have to eaither win them,
or look and even see if there are going to be meet and greets.
Because sometimes the bands just leave.
so i would check with a ticket sale site,
perferably one that is on their myspace or something,
and see if they are even having meet and greets.
Sometimes they even just have alot of people file to a certain area of the venue,
and you dont need tickets,
so when you get there, and if you havent gotten meet-and-greet tickets,
just look around for where they might be.
Sticking by their tour bus helps too ;]

well most of their meet and greets can be private ones. the private ones usually have to do witha business or something. like i recently met the Jonas brothers in Las Vegas in a private meet and greet. and i went because my aunt works for a business that the Jonas brothers use. but the meet annd greets that seem to not be private might cost some money but most of them have different amounts to pay to get in.

to get to the meet and greet you can Google if they are having one and if so where? the best way to get into one is if you have a way to contact the manager and you would hav to ask him. don't ask how to contact him either..
