Yes you can. When playing wind instruments it's normal to take breathes where the music changes (a repeat) or stops momentarily. You of course don't want to make it too noticeable, just as you would anywhere else you would breathe. With wind instruments the goal is to only have to take breathes when there are breathe marks, rests, or it is the end of phrase. If you are a beginner this can be a challenge as your lungs have not fully adapted to all the air your putting out. Until your able to reach this point try at those points as well as other areas that would not interrupt the sound of the flow (for example you wouldn't want to breathe during a slur).
The musical symbol used to mark the beginning or end of a repeated section is called a "repeat sign." It consists of two vertical dots placed before a double bar line. Repeat signs indicate that a specific section of music should be played again, enhancing the structure and flow of a piece.

Phrases and slurs often look alike in a piece. A slur is the more common marking in pieces, where a curved line is under many notes in a row often multiple measures in length. It is meant to be played without using a tongue in a legato style. A phrase mark looks very identical because they are both curved lines under many notes. However, phrase markings will show articulations under them like accents, legato marks, staccato marks, etc. Also, they show breathe marks afterward so you can breathe. Phrases are used to indicate a player should take any breathes while playing that particular section. Instead, the player should breathe in the indicated rests and breathe marks.

The symbol for a repeat mark in music is typically represented by two vertical lines with two dots, one above and one below the lines, known as the "repeat sign." The repeat sign indicates that a section of music should be played again. If a piece of music has a repeat sign at the beginning or end, it instructs the musician to revisit the marked section. There may also be additional markings, like "D.C." (Da Capo) or "D.S." (Dal Segno), that indicate specific places to return to in the music.
A breathe mark in musical notation indicates where a musician should take a breath while playing. It is important because it helps musicians maintain proper phrasing, control their breathing, and play the music with the intended expression and dynamics.
