You should be able to, if you have a composite input. Try looking for a grouping of one red, one white and one yellow colored RCA style connections. The red is for the right channel sound in, the white is for the left and the yellow is for the video input. Then it's just a matter of choosing the correct input on your remote to view the DVD player.

You probably don't have a good connection from the DVD player or you're trying to use the RGB inputs instead of the analog composite unit. If the DVD player has RGB outputs and the TV has RGB inputs, then chances are, one of the cables is either bad or has become unplugged at one end.
HDTV is a new format for displaying a TV picture. It has higher resolution and clarity than the old NTSC format. Most stations that are broadcasting digital signals are now using 4 channels for every 1 they had before. They are reserving some channels for HDTV format and some channels for NTSC format. An HDTV will display the HDTV format and probably the NTSC format as well. An HDTV monitor can display the same picture, but probably lacks a tuner to actually receive the television signals. You need to plug something into it like a computer, a DVD player, or a tuner. If that thing sends out an HDTV signal then you can see it on the monitor.
Buy a new DVD, clean your DVD player, or get a refund. The cause can be the DVD but it may also be the DVD player itself. You could take it to blockbuster or something. They fix DVD's but if you can't just buy a new one and throw out the old one and then you have an all new copy!
The navigation DVD should be in your owners pack you received when you bought the car
Buy a new VCR, then use the remote that came with the new VCR to control the new VCR. Also get a DVD player you caveman
Either the player is wearing out or the DVD is badly scratched and therefore it cannot play anymore. A solution would be to either get a new DVD player if thhe player is the problem, or buy a new disc of the movie if the disc is the problem. You can even purchase a DVD player lens cleaner which is actually a DVD that cleans the gears inside the player.
You cant it is impossable to put a broken DVD player to a tv if it doesnt work buy a new one!
Sometimes, the DVD player is dirty inside and you can purchase a DVD player cleaner, which is a DVD that cleans the parts inside the player. Or if that's not the case, it could be that the DVD needs to be replaced with a brand-new one.
The old one and the new one are on DVD I have both
If your DVD player only plays one movie, then you should contact your DVD player company and ask for a help or a new one.
Yes. The DVD player does,'t usually go through the tuner. The "new digital TV" just means that it has a digital tuner. This won't affect things like DVD players that don't use the antenna input.
Not unless it has both kinds of tuners.
