NO, you are to never drive on a suspended license. In most cases, if you are heavily dependent on a job, and live quite a distance at which point no other reasonable means of transportation is possible, you can apply for what's known as a hardship license in your respective state. A hardship license is a license status that's extremely restrictive in that you can only drive to go to work and necessities, such as grocery shopping.
Youwill have to petition the family court, (or the Child Support Agency) to dtermine if they will allow that option for you.
You can't=it's a misdemeanor, although you can apply for an exemption to drive to/from work if you have a job
You do not have a license, it has been suspended. You cannot drive anywhere without one.
The suspended license itself will not prevent you from joining the military. Any criminal charges which resulted in the suspended license might, depending on the severity or if you haven't paid any applicable fines.
you cant drive at all until your license has be reinstated by paying the fines, going to court or taking whatever classes you have to take depending on the reason for your suspension
No. A licence is canceled when, for example, somebody moves to another state and gets licenced in that state, then the state they were previously in cancels the licence they held previously. No driving privileges are lost. Suspension is a different matter, altogether.
No. You have to clear the suspension before any state will give you a drivers license.
No. All states share their DMV databases with one another. Added: Only in these states can you get a license but you can only drive in that state. All states are members except for Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Tennessee (dropped out in 1997). Nevada repealed the authorizing legislation in 2007[1], though it still generally conforms to the agreement through regulations.
No. Not only is your license suspended, but so is your very privilege to drive, on any license.
If your driver license is suspended, you can't drive at all.
No, you don't drive at all.
If those are the only occupants of the car then neither can drive legally.
This is just me, but you shouldn't be driving in the first place if your license is suspended. Here's one way you can find out. Walk to the nearest police station in your town. Tell them you were just in an automobile accident and let them know your license is suspended. See what kind of reaction you get. Chances are you will be slapped with a fine and have to spend the night in jail. You could try to sue the person. But the bit about your liscense being suspended will only ensure that you will lose the lawsuit.
Only you would know whether it was suspended or not....
