Short answer: No. Long answer: Yes, but it'll involve acquiring a ROM copy--usually illegal unless you own a physical copy of the game--and running a PS2 emulator. You won't be able to use the controller, either, unless you're very handy with a soldering iron and are willing to try to re-wire the cable to fit, say, a serial port. I haven't heard of a PC port yet, but anything's possible. No, there is not. Guitar Hero (the original) only came out for the PlayStation 2, and Guitar Hero 2 came out for the PlayStation 2 and XBOX 360.
