Yes, you will need to pay any tickets that were on your record and fulfill all your reinstatement eligibility requirements. Then you will have to take the receipt and go the the traffic court with pay stubs, bills, lease, etc. to show your financial hardship and your reasoning behind not being able to pay. The judge will make a decision upon that information. I'm not for sure of the form but its like a SR-22 or something.
Yes you do but the fees have been waived for EAC member states
Yes. My sister got a ticket for speeding, but the officer had written down the wrong speed limit. She wrote to the court for the ticket and had the ticket waived.
New York is one of the few states where a speedy trial is required for speeding tickets. You must properly and timely make the motion for dismissal or you will have waived your right. With that said, it is not unusual for a New York traffic court judge to ignore the law. If that happens your only option is to appeal.
He did, but late. He was one credit short of graduating with his class in 1967. By then, he already had become a musician. In 1992, the high school waived the requirement and awarded him his diploma. (see: http://www.answers.com/topic/billy-joel)
They actually do. Not sure if they do for every show. But back in 2004, Blink 182 played a show in Charlotte, NC at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre and my friend Danny and I actually got to the parking lot the same time as Blink was pulling in with 3 tour buses. As we passed through the security the security guard stopped the buses and waived them on after identifying the band, and then we pulled up to him in my Ford Explorer and told him we were their mech guys and he bought it. After that we followed the buses and parked right next to them, waited for them to get out, and as soon as Danny saw Tom walking inside, he got out of my truck and followed. The next thing that happened was Danny walking out holding 2 passes that had "All Access" on them. Best times of my life happened that day. Got to hang out with Tom, Mark, and meet Travis. It was definately a good day. I still have that backstage pass.
Sorry no. The state of California does not care where you live normally. if you buy it here you pay state sales tax.
No. If you are driving you should have your license on you. If you are pulled over, you will be ticketed for not having it. The ticket may be waived if you produce the license by a certain date, but who needs the additional hassle?
Most, if not all, public libraries have a policy whereby fines can be reduced or waived if a patron cannot pay it. There may be exceptions, such as if the amount of fines is substantial.
Depends, if you are applying for a handgun in the state of Washington or else where.
Every state requires that workers in the medical field who receive formal training carry a license. Licenses are given on the condition that the holder will continue their education through seminars and classes throughout the year. Proof of continuing education units, also called CEUs, is required for renewal. Nursing licenses must renewed after a set amount of years. Time frames change from one state to the next and regulations are subject to change. If a nurse fails to file a renewal before the deadline of the license’s expiration, the license will lapse and must be reinstated. To obtain a reinstatement of the license, a test is required in many states. This may be waived if the lapse was recent. Nurses who have exited the profession for several years and return afterward are usually subject to a test. In some states, catching up on continuing education is also required. To save money on this, there are some seminars and classes that may be attended for free or very low prices. Each state has a nurse’s association. Contact the state association and inquire about continuing education credits that are offered at low costs. Without these, it may be necessary to take classes from a community college, which could be much more costly. The reinstatement test is similar to the state board exams, but will not be as difficult for an experienced nurse. Studying is still recommended to ensure the test is passed. In states that require a test for reinstatement, find a study guide online. There are several sites that give free guide questions for the NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN tests. Study these guides, as the questions on the test will be relevant to current information. Nurses who received their education many years prior to reinstatement should especially study the latest guides to be current on any new or changed information. The fee for reinstatement is not a fee that can be waived. Usually the price is between $100 and $200 on average. After receiving reinstatement, be sure the licensing board always has current personal contact information and be aware of license expiration dates. Renewing in advance will prevent the need for reinstatement.
