Well, yes and no. Brass instruments are monophonic, so they only produce one note when played in the normal manner. However, there are extended techniques called "multiphonics" and "singing through the instrument" that will produce chords. If you play a note on a brass instrument and sing another note at the same time through the instrument, the two notes will react with each other creating what are called "sum & difference tones". By singing one partial in the harmonic overtone series and playing another partial in that same series you can cause one or two notes (one higher, one lower) to sound.
Carl Maria von Weber wrote a concerto for horn in 1815 that has a famous passage using this technique. There are also may webpages and YouTube videos devoted to playing these sounds.
