Traffic tickets are not normally going to cause a problem. If there was something more serious it might be an issue, such as manslaughter.

The Driver's License Compact, is an agreement between 45 member states to exchange information regarding traffic violations with each of the member states. Utah and California are both member states so a traffic ticket issued in California would be reported to Utah.

Can my points be dismissed from my AZ DL if I go to traffic school in CA for a ticket I got in CA even if I attended traffic school 2 months ago for a ticket I got in AZ?

Probably not. There is usually a two-year waiting period before you can take traffic school again, and your driving history was transfered from CA to AZ. -----edit: I say, absolutely! This is a loophole of our legal system: you cannot attend traffic school more than once in a two-year period UNLESS you APPEAR BEFORE A JUDGE and verbally REQUEST traffic school. They will most likely grant it. I've gotten about five traffic tickets in the last 4 years, and the points come right off my record. However the communication between the courthouse and the DMV isn't so good. I tried to switch my car insurance and found a ticket that had been cleared months earlier was still on my DMV record. You have to stand up for yourself and work with these people to do what it takes until you are in the clear.

Does a traffic ticket become expired I got a traffic ticket but I'm going to leave the US to work in Europe for many years. If I won't pay will my ticket expire I'm residing in CA.?

No, tickets don't expire. If you get a ticket, you get a ticket. In CA, your ticket requires that you appear in court either fight it or pay it and receive your sentencing and traffic school if available. But if you evade your ticket and dodge court, a warrant can and probably will be issued for your arrest. My advice, just pay it.

Can you get USA visa with pending court case?

Question is unclear. Are you asking can you travel TO the US on a visa with a pending case, or can you travel FROM the US to another country with a pending court case. Either way the answer would be unclear. In travel TO the US, it would depend on the seriousness of the charge against you as to whether you were admitted or not. In the second instance, it wold depend on what the country you were travelling TO thought about your case as to whether they chose to admit youor not. For a more explicit answer you would need to call the embassy or consulate of the country you are asking about.

What travel document are required to travel in the us?

This will actually depend on where you are from when you travel to the USA. The most basic is that you have to have a valid passport with about 6 months left in it, Visa to enter the US (again, this depends on where you are from, there are some that need not to have a visa to enter), a valid identification card and your ticket to and from the country.

Will a misdemeanor warrant stop you from getting your passport?

(in the US) Yes, you can apply for one. However if you are released on bail pending charges currently or on probation, you will probably have travel restrictions on your movements, imposed by the court, so you may not legally be free to travel.

Fight a traffic ticket?

Absolutely! If a US Citizen is wronged by the State, at some point an obligation exists to seek redress in the matter. If every minor traffic violation that was wrongfully charged was brought before a Magistrate the already overloaded system would fail. The US is a Nation of laws not a Nation of wealth and privilege.
