No, he could not read, he was self taught and never really learned to read music. He would play music by watching other people or play be ear.
Jimi Hendrix never lived in or even visited Morocco as far as I know. I read a big bio on him.
According to what i read/heard, Hendrix played Noel Redding,s Fender Precision bass guitar on "All Along The Watchtower. Apparently, this occurred because Redding had grew tired of Hendrix,s perfectionism in the recording studio, & that Hendrix would frequently have a group of friends/hangers-on in the recording studio with him when he recorded, which resulted in little or no work being done. Therefore, Noel Redding allegedly walked out of the studio & went drinking, while Jimi Hendrix recorded "ALL Along The Watchtower".
Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top was jimi's favorite guitarist. as far as bassist go dusty was one of his favs also Terry Kath. Phil Keggy was Jimi Hendrix's #1 favorite guitar player. I'm not certain about the above, I've never read anything about that. Possible I suppose.. But I have read about Keggy. Actually it was Herbert sumlin and I'm quoting Jimi I saw an interview with him on BBC and he said his favorite twin guitarists in one band were Micky Jones and Deke Leonard of Man. I cannot argue with that. BTW he also thought that the drummer, Terry Williams was great. You know him from Dire Straits..he's the drummer on Money For Nothing
Well, i don't know if he did personally, but he probally met him. According to the biography Room Full of Mirrors (read it- it will change your outlook on Hendrix), he did see him live at a pub called The Bag O' Nails. This was a pretty small event and the whos who of the London scene were present at it, so it is most probable that Page at least introduced himself to Hendrix.

American girl - jimi Hendrix

Jimi Hendrix has more of a fan following (people who actively purchase and listen to his music), where the Incredible Hulk has more of a household name (if you are talking about him, people will generally know what you mean without having read the Comic Book series or watched the movies). So I would say both are about equally as famous.

I'm pretty sure yes. He could play behind his back and play with his teeth.
