Yes.

Yes as , Marilyn Monroe was a person who liked to date, so he must have dated her.
If he likes the girl sure.
Yes he would he dates alot of regular people not celebraties
Just go and ask her. If she says no then that's that. Its just like asking out a regular girl. That's what she is. She is a regular person.
if a regular person were to date Justin bieber, they would have to be a down to earth person who doesnt mind the attention and fame, but also can not let it go to their head. i think most people would just date Justin bieber for fame. i don't think a regular person would be able to cope with the business and craziness of being famous.
lol!! I believe that every single person gets nervous on their first date....its a regular thing mostly for girls.

he might do he might not i would say that he would not date a regular and im emo
Whether it be male or female standing another person up on a date is hurtful and egotistical. People that do this are ignorant and have no moral standings as far as how the other person feels. They could go out on that date and never date that person again (the right thing to do.) If the person has phoned and given a good excuse to break the date, but takes a 'rain check' (meaning making a date for perhaps the next weekend) then there is nothing wrong with this. It's only when someone stands another person up on a date with not as much as a phone call. Kick this person to the curb!
