Yes, I think it would be fair to say that they changed rock music. At the time that Cheap Trick started recording albums, punk music was in full swing, and a new style of punk, called "hardcore," was becoming popular. Because of British punk bands like the Sex Pistols, punk rock came to mean being as obnoxious, moronic, and disrespectful as possible. Punk music of the late 1970s to early 1980s was brimming with anger, rebellion, and nihilism. With the dawn of a new decade -- the 1980s -- came the emergence of hardcore punk bands like Black Flag and the Dead Kennedys, who wrote serious songs about political issues and social problems.
In the midst of all this anger and negativity, Cheap Trick was putting out fun, upbeat songs. Although their first, eponymous album, which came out in 1977, is more hard rock, their sound quickly became softer, and the lyrics more whimsical. They even released a song about respecting your elders! The lyrics to the song "Surrender" go, "Mommy's all right, Daddy's all right, they just seem a little weird/Surrender, surrender, but don't give yourself away..."
Arguably, Cheap Trick provided a refreshing change from the uber-serious, politically-oriented punk/hardcore music of the day, and helped make Rock Music fun and silly again.

This is technically a trick question. Everyone has their own opinion.
I have not found it on the internet at all. I am guessing that you might have to go to a GOOD music store (not a cheap place, they wont have it) and buy it there. Or online.
