YES, Elvis enjoyed his last concert very much and his vocal performance, and range, was extraordinary. However, Elvis was greatly concerned about his; medical problems some of which resulted in his being bloated and overweight and the book (written by three of his ex-emplyees who had recently been fired) entitled "Elvis What Happened". Elvis was fearful that this book would oneday be read by his little girl, Lisa Marie Presley, and could adversely affect his relationship with his fans as well as hurt his name/reputation.
For all of the very real medical, and even mood swings and depression, issues that Elvis was suffering from when he hit the stage he (literally) gave it his all and the fans loved him for it.
GREAT QUESTION by the way.

I don't understand your question
