Bert acually said once in a magazine interview that he thought Gerards head was getting to big and he just didn't want to be around people like that, and that was the last time he would ever talk about it. It had nothing to do with Gerard being sober.

No, from what I've heard, the two still haven't been talking.

I haven't heard anything at all about the two being friends again.

So no...Mainly because Bert is not sobering up.

uh..yeah. it's not Bert's fault they're not friends. as much as I love Gerard its his fault. he changed after fame and bert didn't like it. anyways bert was at gerards wedding but they're still not friends. berts been sober for a looong time now btw.

Fan girls of Gerard always insist that its not his fault, and that he is basically perfect, but when Bert said that their falling out was a result of Gerard becoming really big headed, I have to say that I believed him, just based on how brutally honest he always is. He used to kiss Frank Iero on stage aswell to get the crowd hyped up, but it really didn't mean anything.

Personally, I think that they were both interested in each other and I think that they maybe were kind of together. There is many interviews implying that. Or other videos. For exemple, during a show when in warped tour, Gerard said : "Thank you for the love you bring. All your kisses, how you sing, how you hold me late at night, and how you hold me in yours arms and say : I love you, baby. Because I really love you, baby." I think he was referring to Bert McCracken. And I think he was drunk. That is my point of view but I might be wrong. They are the only ones to know the real truth.
