He was guitarist for Kenny Price in the late 70's. Roy Nichols was Merle Haggard's guitarist until he had a stroke in the late eighties, so if he did play for Merle it would have had to been after Roy Nichols left the band.

My Dad worked with Leon and his Dad in the 60's and 70's. I believe Leon's Dad was Kenny Price's guitarist for a time, Leon's band opened for Merle several times in the 70's.

Can walking or moving around the stage while playing the guitar affect how you sound?

Absolutely. There are various curtains hanging about a stage .. at the rear and along the sides .. each will absorb sound, and as that happens, the character of the sound changes. Hard surfaced areas (walls, etc) also greatly affect the sound characteristics.

What does the song if walls could talk mean?

I think that it tells about what the walls would say about what they saw. The song's lyrics specifically give examples of what the walls would say if they could talk, and the song begins with Celine Dion asking the walls if they can keep a secret.

What is A Current Music Studio Setup?

You need double non-parallel walls with dead air in between the walls. Make sure the walls have a lot of mass and insulation. For drums its best to have a dynamic mic to each drum and symbol. For guitar it's best to have a mic recording the amp instead of plugging straight through the system.
