Well I think he probably did, everyone does, but he was just better at controling it. I am sure he was quite upset when he was arrested for something he did not do, but he did not want to show his anger and fear to his fans. He turned his feelings into music, because it was Michael Jackson!

Multiple things made Michael Jackson very angry. The most one though was that people were saying things about him that were absolutely not true and false like he was doing "voodoo" and "molesting kids" and "he didn't want to be black because he changed his color" which was not true because the reason why he changed his color was because of a skin disease called vitiligo. He was so misunderstood and that is what lead to his death, in my opinion. :(
