I believe Nelly Futado lived in Calgary Alberta, whan she was eleven years old, and did her music in the basement of her house, before she moved back to Victoria B.C.. She went to G.W. Skene, but then transfered to Abbeydale Elementry school, I am not 100%, but if you can prove me wrong I would like to see the proof.
