Litotes, a figure of speech that employs understatement to emphasize a point, can be found in several songs. For example, in "Ain't No Sunshine" by Bill Withers, the phrase "Ain't no sunshine when she's gone" uses litotes to convey the deep sadness of absence. Similarly, "You’re So Vain" by Carly Simon features the line "I had some dreams, they were clouds in my coffee," subtly downplaying the disappointment of lost aspirations. These examples effectively use understatement to enhance the emotional impact of the lyrics.

Sunshine does not belong. On rainy days there are clouds, and you use an umbrella. Those tree things will always be with each other, but sunshine will not.
Well, since the sun is in outer space and clouds are within our Earths atomasphere, all clouds go in front of the sun. You can tell they are in front of it because of the blocked sunlight or rays that are trapped in the cloud. aka: lack of sunshine?
From the MV You Are Not Alone
There is sunshine in outer space _ that is where the Sun and Stars are and the sun is just a star....it is just nearer to us. Clouds form when water condenses out of the atmosphere/air. Sometimes the condensation proceeds to form precipitation (e.g.rain) and sometimes the reverse happens and clouds do indeed evaporate. If you watch wispy clouds on a fine day you will see that they do 'disappear' - this is caused by the condensation re-evaporating.
A day with no clouds and no sunshine would likely be overcast and dim, with a flat, gray sky. The weather may feel cooler than a sunny day, and the lack of sunlight could create a more subdued atmosphere overall.
Florida is sunny, unless the day is overcast with large clouds blocking the sun's rays. In that case, Florida is not sunny.
