Yes. Rory's band Taste supported Cream at their farewell concert at the Royal Albert Hall and on Blind Faiths tour of America. When Rory died Clapton said "he was the man who got me back into the blues".
No, but he sang a song called cocaine when he was in Cream with Eric Clapton.
As far as I know, only two: Bob Marley and Eric Clapton.
Hellogoodbye have a song called "Let It Rain." Tilly and the Wall have a song called "Let It Rain." Eric Clapton has one. JoJo and Michael W. Smith apparently both have songs called that as well (though I don't know them so I'm taking Google's word for it).
I've never heard either play but as I understand Jimi Hendrix wrote the song Little Wing and theoretically would perform it better than Eric Clapton because he know what he intended when he wrote it. And could put in all the nuances that the song called for.
I think he's still in prison. I read Eric Clapton said he went to visit him, and he (Gordon) was so drugged up that Jim didn't know who he (Clapton) was. The above answer is WRONG. Clapton has never visited Jim Gordon. He has had very few visitors and he does take medications for his condition which have helped him greatly. I would not wish schizophrenia on my worst enemy.
although i do not know the exact number of people sharing the name Rory, the following people do: musician Rory Gallagher, & actors Rory Cochrane & Rory Culkin, respectively.
I'm Not Awake Yet,Used to Be,Don't Know Where I'm Going,Maybe I Will
yes with back stage passes.

I would put them about the same. Clapton, though is the far better musician and is can out play Dylan. I saw Dylan in concert and it was the worse concert I have ever been to. Some of the songs he didn't seem to know. I would love to go to a Clapton concert.
Bob Dylan wrote the original, and it's been covered by a few people since including Guns nRoses

Eric Clapton He also had graffiti all over London proclaiming that he "is God." This should be as part of the question as it is an important fact and the questions are linked together as the same answer. But yes, it is Eric Clapton who became known as Slowhand and had graffiti all over London proclaiming that he "is God" (this is a question that was asked on gsn oodles challenge so i wanted to make sure everyone got it if they were searching for the answer here as I know many people do. Good luck oodlers).
