Well, you CAN audition but being accepted is another thing. If you can't wear very short stuff then it's probably gonna affect your chances of getting in. Since in k-industry, your looks are everything. If you don't look good, you get criticised. Plus if you're going to debut with a sexy song, then what are you gonna do? Take SISTAR's recent comeback for example... they're wearing skirts with slits all the way up their thighs, so if you happen to debut with that kind of sexy song then they'll probably force you to wear revealing clothes. Although starship does seem to be much nicer than other companies... During SISTAR's debut, hyorin said she didn't like her knees so they let her wear long pants... (but look at her now) Plus if you dance during training (which would be every single day...), you'll sweat like mad... So in my opinion, it's gonna be uncomfortable if you aren't wearing shorts + singlets. You can try to audition but it's not easy to get in. Especially smaller companies as starship. Usually they don't accept anyone who isn't Korean or doesn't speak the language. And they also go for talent more than potential, since they don't have the means to train you until you have the talent. Not to mention that you have to fly to Korea (that is, if you don't already live in Korea) for an interview if you get accepted and you might not even get in afterwards. Oh and you have to pay for your expenses yourself until you sign the contract. It'll be a hassle if you aren't of legal age. And let's say you do get in, it'll be difficult for you cause you'll be living in a country where most people are of Buddhist and Christian religions (they total up to make almost 99% of the entire S.Korea?). And how would you eat? (like literally) I doubt there's actually many Muslim restaurants in Korea and you won't have the time to cook for yourself. And you won't be able to go barbeque-ing since Koreans love their bulgogi and galbi. Of course, you could always convert your religion (I'm saying this from a neutral pov) but it's your choice, really. All the best :)
