People think that their killings were connected in some type of way . The assumptions went from Suge Knight(Tupacs manager & Biggies enemy) to the Illuminati . The assumptions came about with Suge because he was always causing constant trouble with the "East Coast-West Coast Rivalry" He was the main reason that rivalry was so heated, that being said, Tupac wanted to leave Death Row Records, Suge was unhappy with Tupac when he first heard this . On September 7, 1996 the day Pac was shot, Suge was driving, and instead of going straight to the hospital, he went to a casino a mile down . So people think Suge ordered a hit . Tupac dying 6 days later . A year later in March Biggie was murdered the same type of way, a drive-by . People at first thought Sean Combs(P Diddy) was responsible, but then a interview with Suge threw small hints at people he was responsible for both murders . The Illuminati assumptions came about simply because nothing added up with neither of the murders, including since the F.B.I. called off the investigations of both of the murders . And it's said that the Illuminati is linked with the government . But yeah, that's my thought on the murders . I would like to add that I am only 15, and I deeply miss both Tupac & Biggie, and am still curious why these murders had to happen . RIP The Legends of Hip Hop .

After Tupac's death a war broke out between some Crip and Blood sets. The only suspect of the murder of Tupac Shakur, the Crip Tupac beat up, was shot to death along with other Crips who were probably connected to Tupac's murder. I dont know about Biggies murder.

It doesn't have anything to do with the Death Rows where people await execution, and everything to do with Death Row Records. Basically, a Death Row chain is a piece of bling. It's a neck chain with a pendant in the shape of the Death Row Records logo. Apparently all the rappers on Death Row Records had them. What makes it notorious is someone tried to steal Tupac's from him shortly before Tupac was murdered.
