No he didn't..losing weight makes his face looks more elongated accentuating his nose bridge..He was wearing more make up with some eye liner and nose liner making him look really different. And its in the genes..some people tend to change in their earlier years some later in life.. Many people say he had his nose done..Well I'm a surgeon and I don't think he had any alterations unless we're in 2040 or so..He looks paler nowadays and its in the make up and hairstyle..
