yes they do...........................
Just saw two crows trying to catch a squirrel in the woods. The squirrel was jumping from tree to tree with the crows flying after it. They were definitely trying to catch it. So from what I saw crows do eat/hunt squirrels

Crows are omnivorous birds and have a varied diet that includes fruits, seeds, insects, and small animals. While they may not actively seek out spinach, they can eat it if it is available. However, it's not a primary food source for them, and they may prefer more protein-rich or energy-dense foods. In general, crows are adaptable and will consume whatever is accessible in their environment.

Crows eat almost anything edible, including insects and spiders, grains and seeds, fruits, eggs, other birds' young, garbage, roadkill, and small reptiles. Like gulls, crows may carry molusks aloft and drop them on rocks to break them open.
Crows are carnivores. They eat only insects and other small animal organisms, they are also granivores which means they eat grains, seeds and fruit. Being a grainivore does not influence their place as a higher order consumer as it eats both first and second order consumers.
