It depends on how cheap the product is and where you get it from. I would recommend getting acrilic nails and keep them on for a couple of weeks, so if you try and bite them it will break the nail tip and not your real nail. Although it might hurt when you bite it when you take them off your nail should be long and you should have got used to not biting your nails.
