it depends on which part of the country your in. usually in cities it woul be rap. out in the quiet countryside it would be country
but i like rap and i live in the country so that isn't true that's called sterotyping because were people live i think its more to do with peoples personalitys. personaly i like raping and mcing
i do not know but if i were to guess i would say more people like pop, I'm not saying this because i like pop better than rock.
Country music is a lot better than rap because it has more meaning to the music and it takes almost no skill to rap.
It really depends on the area. I'm from middle Tennessee, so country music is more prevalent.
yes because people think their "Gangster" and listen to rap and not heavy metal. Both forms of music are so horrible, what difference does it make? Do more people take strychnine or arsenic?
country music is way better
country by alot metal has alot of screamo
in my opinion country music 100%
He sings mostly pop instead rock. In iYiYi feat. Flo rida it was titled pop on itunes.
Yes,Because rock and pop stars dress, sing and act different from each other
Jrock is Japanese rock. There are many variations of the style, like visual kei. Visual Kei is a more Visual style of music, for example over the top costumes and make-up, it has long been a question as to whether this should be considered as a different music style. There is also Jpop which is just Japanese pop, again there is a Visual Kei branch off to this. If you want to research some artists here are a few- Gackt (mixture of pop and rock, mostly rock) Malice Mizer (Gothic Rock, Visual Kei) X Japan or X (old Rock, Heavy metal, Visual Kei, Ballads) Antic Cafe (Dance rock, in there own words, heavy pop-ish) Dir En Grey (Very Heavy Rock, Screamo) the GazettE (rock/Visual Kei) Mois Dix Moi (Gothic, Heavy rock Visual Kei) Alice Nine (pop) L'arc~en~ciel (Pop, Rock) hide (Rock) Miyavi (Rock, bit heavy) SuG (Oshare Kei/Pop) If you want more info, my email is tildy_rox@yahoo.com.au

Well at first, you would probably say Pop. The people who think this, don't look at the facts. Pop is enjoyed by most young and stupid people. However, who are there more of, young, or old? That's easy, old. There are more older than young, because of the baby boomers. Now they were young at one time. When they were in their teenager stage, there were more young people than there were older people. Therefore, the most popular music is what they listened to. They would most likely like, music from the 60's & 70's. In conclusion, classic rock is most popular.P.S. If you live near Wasau, WI, you will notice that the top radio channel(therfore most popular) is Big Cheese 107.9, which plays classic rock, and sometimes newish songs, but still in the "rock" category.

Pop, because rock is more slamming on drums and guitars, pop is more Hannah Montana type music.
Kind of like a slower pop that can work into a more upbeat pop
It's more pop or pop rock.
rock obviously because rock is Ozzy aerosmith kiss and led zeppilin acdc etc. they are cool but pop are people like Hannah Montana Jonas brothers and people like that so u think who is cooler steven tyler or joe Jonas
"The Jonas Brothers" perform music of the genre "Pop".* Some of their songs have been considered "Rock" but their main genre is "Pop" *"The Jonas Brothers" are "Pop", "Retro-Pop", and "New Pop" Some of their songs have crossed over to the genre of "Rock" as well though.
GNITIDE
because rock songs follow the making of a book, theres the beginning, middle, climax, then drops and then the end. Were pop songs are more like a poem
Yes,Because rock and pop stars dress, sing and act different from each other
it has progressed by making more aggressive pop/rock songs that people all around will love.
