Not sure why you are asking this, but technically, every song is copyrighted the moment it is written whether or not it is registered with a copyright office. All of the Beatles' songs are registered. But even if one was not for some reason, the technical copyright is in place and the song is protected. The recorded performance is also copyrighted, as it says on the CD and records.

Yes, Busted's song "Year 3000" is a cover. The original was performed by the American band Jonas Brothers, who released their version in 2006. Busted's version, released in 2002, predates the Jonas Brothers' cover, which contributed to its popularity. The song has become associated with both bands, though Busted is credited with the original release.
They didn't steal it or anything. They were thinking of naming their band Sons Of Jonas. Jonas is their last name - they are really brothers. They were thinking of a name to call themselves, and they went up on stage and said "Hey, we're the Jonas Brothers!" and it caught on...
his socks, without taking off his shoes *winks*
yes when they broke up because they did not want the fans to know so they broke up and she lied because she was jelous that the Jonas brothers had more fans then she did. so she made that song to steal their fans.Plus it was meant to hurt nick Jonas and his brothers.
They dont steal
I probably wouldn't think so, because like stalkers would probably try to steal it and pretend to be them.
Probably normal sibling bickery. I read somewhere that Nick gets annoyed when Joe and Kevin steal his socks...
Unlike, say, Led Zeppelin, no one. They have said they've wanted to write songs like other performers, i.e. Bob Dylan, Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, etc. But they never copied.
