By "physical single release", I am guessing you mean on a CD or I-Tunes! You don't seem to be able to buy "Thats sounds good to me" as a single. However: ~ The song is on the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 CD (available on Amazon) ~ Josh Dubovie also has a CD with various songs on it (his Eurovision entry is not included in this, also available on Amazon) Otherwise, you can listen to it on youtube! Hope this helps!

I am sure many Eurovision Songs (particularly from the past few years) will be available to buy from I tunes. There are also various Eurovision CD's which can be purchased from places such as Amazon. However, almost every Eurovision performance is available to watch/listen to for free on youtube. Hope this helps.
