To answer your question. NO, it is not on DVD. It was only released on VHS in the early 90's. It is unclear as to whom owns the rights to this version. Rick Wakeman was approached by the owners of the film to do a CD/DVD package of the film but never heard from them again. Try e-mailing "Kino Lorber" DVD. They might release it as they have recently released, Giorgio Moroder's "Metropolis" on DVD & Blu-Ray.
