Fry screaming is difficult and can take a long time to finally master. But do not inhale, use your diaphragm and try and move the sound past your voicebox. One of the keys is coordinating your breathing and sound correctly. Otherwise you will leave the sound in your throat which, is very bad, or it will just be very airy with not a lot of power. Also make sure you drink plenty of water when learning to fry scream or actually fry screaming. Plus give your vocal chords time to rest, don't overwork yourself.
