Although he did have a green flower on his finger(I believe on his right hand middle finger), he now has OptimusPrime on his left hand middle finger and MegaTron on his right hand middle finger. Both characters are from the Transformers cartoon.

And two, rather large designs on his chest and abdomen. Not sure what they are but on the shallowbay.com website, a member posted 2 pictures of him shirtless during a show. They are not close up shots, but you definitely see the tattoos.

Yes, he does. If you watch the polyamorous music video, you can get a really good look at it. He has his mouth wide open and the camera gives a very long glimpse of the inside of his mouth.

No, he doesn't have it anymore. He took it out Post WANA, their second album. Probably from the way his voice sounded. It made certain words sound funny. Listen to Saturate and We Are Not Alone and you can tell, however in Phobia and Dear Agony, the funny sound is gone, hinting to the fact that he took it out.
