yes it does but its complicated u have to tape it around your ear and use wax to make it stick to the card.
I've had a chance to use this product and I found this answer to only be half true. Yes it does use wax, however, they've streamlined the product to not need tape around the ear. In comparison to many other magic tricks currently out on the market, attaching a piece of wax and attaching an ear piece is no more complicated than using a bluetooth headset for your phone.
