Yes Tom Kaulitz does sing Monsoon ,and other TH songs (parts of them) with Bill.
Yes, Tom sings parts of Monsoon with Bill. If you go on YouTube and look up "Tom singing Monsoon" You'll hear him singing parts of the song. He's actually quite good but has a deeper voice, but Bill will always sound better to me. Both of them sing equally in Raise Your Hands/Wo sind Eure Hande. They sound good together.
Tom sings in the recordings because he sings backup. but he rarely sings live because he doesnt want the stress of playing guitar and singing,

If you get a pair of really crappy earphones, you know the kind that drowns out the lead vocal parts, you can actually hear the backup parts more clearly without editing
Bill has said he sings all the background vocals on the albums but live Tom and Georg sing too.
In the studio Bill does all the backup but live Tom and Georg do. There is no song where Tom sings the lead.

No, but Bill whistles in the shower! =D

Bill and Tom Kaulitz were born in Leipzig, Germany.
Bill Kaulitz sang "It's Raining Men" on the German version of Star Search when he was 13. Supposedly he lost a bet with Tom and had to a) audition for SS and b) sing that song.
Well actually Bill and Tom made a bet about a girl and Bill lost the bet and Tom made him audition for Star Search and he had to sing that song he disliked the song too
