No, but if you get pulled over again the cop can pull up your record and see that you got a warning already.
If the 'warning' ticket was written on a standard, numbered traffic violation notice yes, it will be on record.
The length of time a warning ticket is kept on record in Connecticut is approximately never. A warning ticket is just that, it does not go on your permanent record, however it may be kept by that officer and his specific department.
You usually have to go to a school that is approved by the county that issued the ticket. But dont worry, you do not have to fly to NY. Just take an online couse that is approved in the county in NY.
From my experience, it will not go into your DMV record, but it will go into the police database. I've gotten a written warning, for a tail light which was displaying white light which I was pulled over 3 days earlier and just verbally alerted about. The verbal warning was issued when I was pulled over directly across the street from my work place at the end of the shift to document where I was that day. The written warning was issued when I was going home after work. From my experience, it goes: Warning ==> Written warning ==> Fix it ticket. Keep your vehicle in operable condition. It never appeared on my driving record, but apparently it was in the police database. (At least, that's what I can logically conclude.)
If you were charged criminally it will always remain on your record (I am uncertain as to whether a criminal DUI offense can be expunged or not - you would have to check on this) - if it was charged as a traffic offense it WILL always remain on your driving record. Your driving record is a COMPLETE history of your driving life and does NOT go away.

When a person receives a written traffic warning, it goes on the record of the driver, but it is not an actual ticket. In most states it is removed after one year of safe driving with no more infractions.
There is definitely a difference between a ticket and a warning. A warning does not go on record a ticket does
It IS possible.

yeah, im pretty sure it does
It depends on the regulations in your particular state. In some states you can take traffic school and keep the ticket off your record. In others you can only take traffic school to remove points from your driver's license. The ticket still shows on your record.
For most insurance companies it only stays on your record for 5 years. For employment checks or if you go to the DMV to obtain a copy of your record, I believe in Georgia a DUI/DWI stays on your record for 7 years.
Type your answer here... i ask the question so i don't know
Hah i just got one today. All it is, is a piece of paper with you DL # your name etc. on it and it states what you got a warning for. For example mine was for failing to put on my head lights. and then the officer will sign it. You can frame it or do whatever you want. It won't go on your driving record, there's no fines and you receive no points on your license.
You can receive a citation any time you commit a traffic infraction.
Nothing too bad. That traffic ticket point will go on your driving record and your insurance rates will increase. Your allowed a certain amount of points before your license is suspended.
