well yes, Def Leppard. Their drummer Rick Allen was in drunken driving car accident around Christmas in 1984 right after recording "Pyromania" and his left arm was severed by his seat belt. The doctors tried to reattach it but it became gangrenous and they had to toss it. He helped design an electronic drum kit that let him drum again but he did eventually set aside alot of the triggers and start drumming on real skins.
In the late 60's The Barbarians had a one armed drummer, and a song about said drummer, "Moulty".

I don't think you can go fishing with one arm my friend lost the use of his arm and cant find a good way to fish around it. I think the hardest thing would be putting your hair in a pony tail or braiding it and washing the arm you do have other than that I can't think of anything without a little creative thinking on your part that you couldn't do. Look up on YouTube and watch Def Leppard's drummer play with one arm. He just found a way around his disability.
