TruDog, the son of TobyMac, has been homeschooled for most of his education. TobyMac and his family have chosen this path to provide a flexible and personalized learning environment. There may be instances of participation in public school activities or classes, but the primary education has been through homeschooling.

A public school called South Pointe in LA county
If you are wondering what school I can recommend when it comes to public relations degrees because your son will graduate from high school soon and is going to college, then I suggest for him to go to Oxford.
Homeschooling laws vary from state to state. Ordinarily you would write a formal letter, pulling your son from his public school. But before you take your child out of public/private school, make sure that you have a curriculum that both of you like. Check out local co-op's and support groups too.
It depends on the school you choose and your sons needs. He could just as well learn what he needs from the right public school.
Your son can receive the same great education in a public school setting. Private schools can be a waste of money.
