how can you get the code for the radio,cd to play? the code should be on nthe back of the radio if you can get to it.and sometimes its possible for it to be written in you car manual by previous owners.
I've had that happen to my Isuzu Ascender. The thing that worked for me was turn car off and remove key find the fuse to the radio/CD player and pull it out turn car on for a second (radio & CD player will not turn on at all because the fuse is out) put the fuse back in turn car on- hopefully you can eject the CD now.

You need to manually clean the laser lense on the CD player. How??? code 23 is what is displyed.
Have it repaired or replace the radio. Either way, you need to remove the whole unit.....
the radio has a cd player slot.
In mine...the factory mounted CD player is in the center console.
Check owner's manual.There is no CD changer fuse it gets power from the radio if the radio is on, there is some other problem with the CD changer.
