Absolutely - you were cited also for speeding ... that charge will stick. Whether or not you were wearing a seatbelt will be decided by the traffic court judge.
Yes, I just got pulled over for not wearing seat belt and and cited a ticket for that!!
You can go to traffic school if it is your first offence. After that, you will have to pay a fine.
It depends on the municipal/JP court with jurisdiction on the place of the interstate you were ticketed. I actually just received a ticket with that exact scenario last month: 79 in a 65 on an interstate. I was cited by Texas DPS and the fine was $252.
Every jurisdiction has their own 'price schedule' for various violations. The question is too vague to be answered here. I think this type of violation is usually cited as a result of an accident between two vehicles.

2 points - depending on where you live. In michigan, 1-3 is 1pt.
Getting cited for reckless driving will result in four points on your license

it all depends. you could get a ticket, or get a warning. but getting cited for speeding is exagerating. Unless, you go over the speed limit in a heavily transited area for pedestrians or in a school zone. Maybe the cop wont be so nice.

I would be really surprised if you were cited onlyfor the speeding, as you're very much eligible for reckless driving charges on top of it.
Yes it will, Hawaii does not have a points system but whenever your driving record is pulled for it will show you were cited for speeding in Hawaii.

I was cited for speeding in Virginia. I live in Ohio. Will the points be reflected on my ohio driving record?
Reckless driving? I think that depends on how many offenses you have against your drivers license, the laws in the state that you live in, and how bad the reckless driving is.
