i have been playing the Flute for 4 years now and i know that it is deffinatly impossible to play two notes on the flute at once.

EDIT:

Yes you can, person who posted above me. I apologize that I don't know how to do it. I have heard it done by professional flute players in pieces where they may hold out a note and play a melody above it or something, for example. It is a very cool, but very advanced trick. Just thought I'd point out that IT IS indeed possible, and I'm sorry I can't offer any further information...

The only difference is that the piano has a much lower octave. They're the same notes though (A on piano is A on flute)

Since both are in concert pitch, they are both the sames notes. The treble clef for piano and flute is exactly the same.

Flute is written in concert pitch, same as piano, and in treble clef. The note one ledger line below the staff is a C.
