This works because I tried it. Look it up, how to polish plastic, etc. My JGC Ltd had the cloudy lenses too. Now they're pretty much new(ish) looking. At an auto parts store get the following: a couple sheets each of 900, 1000, and 1500 grit (or something starting lower, getting higher grit) wet/dry sand paper. Sometimes you can get multi-packs. rubbing compound turtle wax Wash the headlight first. Starting with the lowest number (roughest) grit paper. I put mine on my orbital sander...I filled a spray bottle with water and sprayed the light and the paper generously and sand away. Keep it wet. Change the paper (same grit) and do it again. Repeat this for each grit, wiping the headlight off each time (get the dust, etc off there). Once you get done with the last (highest number) grit paper, grab the rubbing compound and kind of pretend like you're waxing the hood...rub pretty hard and in circles, whatever. Then buff/wipe all that off and wax it with turtle wax to seal it. Should be nice and clean. You won't believe the difference it makes in how you can see at night. Whatever you do, don't take one of those buffing wheels with rubbing compound on it, you'll melt the plastic and not fix anything, only make it worse.
