Your daughter is spoiled and was out of control long before she hit 17. Mid-teens are the worst because they are part child/part adult and are flexing their independence. There really isn't anything you can do. Just do a lot of praying and hope she comes to her senses. It's hard, but she has to either learn the hard way or wise up and realize she is making a mistake. The harder you push her the harder she'll push back and become defiant. She is almost of age so save yourself the energy. You can tell her you don't like it and try to give advice, but teens at this age often feel adults DON'T UNDERSTAND! Yeah, like we've had our head under a rock all these years! Your daughter has to learn to make her own decisions and whether she is right or wrong she needs to know that she also has to pay the consequences for mistakes she makes. When she makes mistakes DON'T bail her out. Don't say one word, but whatever you do, let her crawl out of her own messes no matter how hard it is for you. There is hope because young women grow up sooner or later and eventually you will have a decent relationship with your daughter when she's a little older and has matured more. Good luck

Tupac was arrested after charges of Sexual Assault. Tupac was convincted of a lesser charge of it, because many jurors wanted complete acquittal. He also shot two cops, but the charges were dropped because the off-duty cops had been drinking, and instigated the situation (in turn the charges against the officers were dropped aswell).
Warrants never expire, contrary to popular belief/myth/legend. The prosecution has a limited amount of time to file charges against a defendant, except in the case of murder where there is no time limit to file charges. If there is a warrant out on you, that means that the court already pressed charges and the judge signed the warrant. Again, warrants never expire.
