How can you delete music from the music library in your Sony Walkman MP3 Player?

I received my Sony Walkman MP3 Music Player as a gift. It was loaded with music provided by my son. He had signed up with Napster. When he terminated the lease later as overly exorbitant, Napster pulled the plug and cancelled all the music but did not remove the carcases from the player. I want to cancel the "carcases" so I can load up with my own music via Windows Media Player. Help!

No if you have a music folder that you made and you delete that folder it does not delete from the i tunes library
