You have to win them...you can't buy them... usually they will announce some sort of contest on their site which is www.tokiohotel.com (in case you didn't know) but if you go in the site like a few months before a concert there will maybe be a contest on and if you do win...then your extremely lucky.

Once for one of the contest you had to put up banners on 3 sites... it could be anything from myspace to a piczo site or something like that and then you would paste the address in the spaces and write your name, phone number,mailing address, e-mail address and it was all a random draw
